I never woke up at night, bu...Yeah i feel with you. I never woke up at night, but i get this sensation mostly in the late afternoon and in the evening, for some reason my strength seems to disappear around this time;) I find it helpfull to stick to fruits and nuts...especially mango, papaya, apple or grapefruit.
