What's something that is always in my purse?
Almonds.
I also like the dark chocolate powder ones!
Not only are they a perfect on-the-go snack, but they have major health benefits!!

*Vitamin E
*Calcium
For me, calcium is the reason I started to snack on almonds more than I used to. I stopped drinking diary milk almost one year ago, and started to add calcium in other natural ways to my diet.
My other favorite way to enjoy almonds is in a fruit and yogurt bowl.You can't see the yogurt in this picture because it is underneath the peaches, blueberries, raspberries almonds and CINNAMON.
It was a great snack and it kept me full for a while.
Go eat some almonds!
