Baked Oatmeal to-go

Growing up Mennonite, I have been exposed to lots of artery clogging homemade goodness. 
In my hometown there is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch (and is closed on Sundays of course) and they have the best baked oatmeal. Sadly, it has recently been taken over by new owners and they no longer serve my favorite dish. When I meal prepped today, I decided to try out baked oatmeal to go! Whenever I make a large batch, it always goes bad before it is eaten. I made this batch in muffin tins (inspired by Pinterest) so that I could freeze some.

I made half blueberry and half walnut/chocolate chip.
Perfect for running out the door to make it to my 8AM class!
